They are installed with a non-slip backing or stainless press studs to hold them in place. Below are the materials we most commonly work with accross a range of applications.

Indoor / Outdoor Carpet
Suitable for areas that are mostly protected, but do get wet on occasion.
Interior Nylon Carpet
Suitable for indoor applications, where the client would like soft carpet underfoot. Nylon absorbs less moisture than wool and is softer than polypropylene.
